Hi everyone I'm Emily, 22 year old mummy and serial dieter! Have been on SW since January and have managed to lose 31.5lbs but I'm starting to get a little bored of it so i've decided to switch to WW to try and mix things up and get myself back on track.

So I'm doing it from home with the online membership. Just weighed in tonight at 12st 4lb and will be weighing at 7pm every Tuesday. My initial target is to get to 10st 6lbs however once I get there I may decide to go even lower.
Going to post my daily menus on my diary as well as general ramblings so feel free to follow my journey, add comments etc.

Onwards and downwards!!!!

Just had my first WW breakfast and my gosh it was amazing. Had a big one as I work 12-8 on Wednesdays so need something to keep me going til I can get my lunch around 3.

I'm a SW defector as well!! Was on the SW plan for ages but then couldn't get back into gear, so I'm trying WW to see how I get on. Lost 4.5lbs in my first week so I'm chuffed so far!

Well done on the loss! I loved SW but had a week off for my birthday and just couldn't get my head back into it so thought I'd tried something new :) x

Feel like I'm doing ok so far I just seem to be struggling to stay within my daily points! Reading through diaries on here most people seem to struggle to use up their dailies and I can't for the life of me see how! Maybe it's just me? Maybe I should look for some ideas for meals that are less points as I'm a slacker but am finding I don't really have dailies left for snacks... Then I'm worried I'm using my weeklies - will I still lose if I use them all?
Just got back from an hour at the soft play with my daughter and I'm knackered! Surely must have earned a couple of activity points there :)
 
I think it's hard going from sw as you get used to having such big portions, I find real food is do high in points compared to junk as well :-(

Personally I would go with using all or most of your weeklies when starting out as then you can always cut them back if needed. And It seems that like syns most people say they get better losses when using them all so get munching ;-) x

Yeah I used to use all my syns on SW and never gained so maybe weeklies will work the same for me! And if someone tells me to get munching I don't need telling twice lol :)
I am enjoying WW cos it's a lot more convenient for me but just don't feel like i can eat as much as on SW but maybe I just need a bit longer to get my head around it :)

Had a good day today managed to stretch my points a bit further :) WW bagel and choc philly is officially my new fave snack om nom! And my tea was yummy made my own pasta sauce with chopped toms and veggies and it was lush and really filling - got another portion leftover for today

Thinking of getting up and going for a run tomorrow! Haven't done any running for about 2 months so could be a struggle but debating starting the c25k again... We shall see!

I did that last week - 2 meals out, Ice cream in both days - still had weeklies left and lost a pound a half!!! It's not a diet really - surely not!!!
