Hi All! :wavey:

As from tomorrow, I will be logging everything on here that passes my lips. As in 14wks I am off for a 2wk All Inclusive Holiday to Mexico!
:D I actually cannot wait now! So I NEED to sort myself out so I look good on this fab holiday!
Please feel free to add comments and criticise my food diary, I will be adding pics here to of the food I make.

Morning lovely slimmers! :D

Today is an Extra Easy Day :)

Breakfast:
Red Grapes
2 x Alpen Light Bars - Healthy Extra B

Mid Morning:
1/2 packet Tesco Mediterranean Cous Cous (Made without oil) - Awaiting confirmation of sysns

Lunch:
Jacket Potato
Tuna
Extra Light Mayonaise - 1 Syn
Spring Onion, Tomato, Cucumber
28g Cheddar Cheese - Healthy Extra A

Mid Afternoon:
Apple
4 Slices of Ham

Dinner:
Beef and Mushroom Curry with mixed vegetable rice (Will post photo when dished up)

Syns Used: 1
Exercise: 1hr Zumba Class

Hey! Sorry I weren't about yesterday, had a really bad nights sleep and didn't feel too clever, so not really eaten anything. Anyhoo today is a new day and here I am :D

Extra Easy

Breakfast:
Mushroom / Red onion Omelette made with 2 eggs
Grapes
2 tbls Extra Light Mayonaise - 1 Syn

Mid Morning:
Mullerlight Yoghurt

Lunch:

Mid Afternoon:
