Hi guys,

Well back on the wagon as of last Saturday and im really counting that as the start of the new me as I had been messing about on and off the diet a few weeks before.

Im hoping to loose a stone by xmas so its 2lbs a week im hoping for....not unrealistic i dont think!

Do my good diary for today:

B: 2 x warburton brown bread, 2 bacon medalions (all fat removed), poached egg. HEXB

S: Banana and some melon

L: Baked potato, beans and 2 cheese slice

S: Chicken Mugshot

D: Diet coke Chicken, baby potatoes, peppers and onions

Im doing extra easy.....does this sound ok?

Got my first weigh in tomorrow and im nervous to say the least!
