I've lurked here for a bit reading the posts and thought i should just join.
I'm excellent at dieting for 10 days and then i eat loads and regain everything i have lost.
I am hoping reading You can be Thin combined with loose calorie restriction (1300 to 1500) will do the job this time.
I am looking forward to joining in with this community to hopefully get me over the 10 day diet cycle and do this for life.
I am a SAHM to 3 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 2 rabbits, 5 chickens and 3 gerbils.
