ice cream syns

hi guys, i work for an ice cream company that imports the nicest Italian ice cream.

i noticed today that 100g of our strawberry icecream (which is a fair sized bowl) is only 123 kcals, i know this means its only 6syns using the 20kcal = 1 syn rule.

was just wondering (hoping) that as there is 34% fresh strawberries in it, would the syn count be even lower?

we also do a lemon sorbet which i believe has even fewer calories, really looking forward to getting to work on Monday to check it out.

No because the strawberries will have been blended do therefore are no longer a free food x

I always struggle with this rule. Its still a strawberry whether its blended or not. X

Strawberries aside desserts do not get a free food allowance so so it would just be 1 syn per 20 calories
