wanted some coffee but didnt fancy anything hot so thought id make a cold drink.
serves 2
2 tsp coffee
3 tsp sweetener
50 ml cream
30ml hot water and 100ml cold
a few ice cubes
add the coffee in a cup with 30mls hot water, add in the sweetener and stir, add in the cream and cold water, stir well, then leave in the fridge for 15 mins, add in the ice, sit back and enjoy.
its really a cold coffee with but it taste more like a treat
