Iceland Cheese & Onion Crispbakes

Hi all, was wondering if anyone knew the syn values of one of these? So far other brand cheese & onion bakes differ from 7syns to 15 - Just trying to work out dinner tonight.

Doesn't sound as though they have any free food allowance, so on this one I'd go with 20 calories = 1 Syn.

Ooh that makes them only 7 then - well worth it. That's a nice surprise as we are addicted to them at the mo and I thought I'd have to give them up. Thanks Princess Stevie
