Was going to have this for my tea as been out all day and couldnt be bothered to cook but did a quick reky on the 20 to 1 sum and made it about 35syns so changed my mind.

Could someone please work out the syns for me as chicken & pasta are possibly free making it a lot lower and possibly able for me to eat

Crikey you'd think being chicken and sweetcorn it'd be lower!! You really have to watch those ready meals huh.

The 20 calorie to 1 syn rule only works with foods which don't contain free foods. On extra easy your pasta and chicken would be part of a free food allowance.

I used syns calculator online and got this - its an approximation though.

2½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy 4½ Syns per package/portion on Green 2½ Syns per package/portion on Original

Thanks Pickle87 that sounds a lot better, thought it would be lower than what I made it but wasnt sure with the free foods taken out. Will buy it again because it is lovely and well worth the £1.00 it costs from Iceland

Dont know what I am doing wrong but when I put these calcuations into the online calculator I come up with the following.

19½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy 19½ Syns per package/portion on Green 22 Syns per package/portion on Original

Can someone check I am doing it correctly please, have used the chicken and the pasta as free food.
