IDEAS please- red days

hi guys
ok so not so good this week half a pound loss, but i aint loosing sleep over it lmao as i got my 1 and half stone award so im happy- but i do mostly green days and am in need of some red ideas for meals as i think my body is getting used to the green days n needs a kick up the backside hehe
any suggestions would be great
