At in the pub with a soda water, feels so weird cause I go out drinking a lot! If I can do this I'll defo survive!! Who else finds the alcohol and pub situations hard??

Yes I can give up food a lot easier than alcohol. I used to drink every day. I've now had two weeks on plan and no booze! I was convinced I'd go through withdrawal!!
