If I eat it, I'll snap it <3 Starting Exante

That is a great loss well done. Look at you not far from 2 stone mark.

Have a great week.

I know! It's flying by, isn't it?! I know it will slow as I get lighter but this is good for now :)

Yey another pound bites the dust 😁
Hope you have a lovely day
Thank you! Hope you had a great day too :)

I'm exhausted tonight, COVID (whilst horrible) has offered me many opportunities and now I have 3 jobs. Spent all day yesterday tiling the bathroom as I've fallen out with the neighbours and NEED to move. I am a bit more snacky than usual but as I said - busy - hungry - etc! Stay safe all and have a great week ❤

Thanks both! @Strawberry Madness @Ravenous
From how my body feels, I am inclined to agree but by no means was I "good" or watching what I was eating. I did do an enormous amount of work, tiling, so very busy.
I am going to try and get back into posting here because I don't think it helped that I've found myself "too busy" (to look after myself... )

Have a great week both :)

Yes I agree you should consider posting again as it keeps you motivated. That is the reason I post on here & now that there is a small group of us communicating, I find it easier too. I have been pretty busy too in the garden (thankless job) & going for a walk around the block.
Also one thing to bear in mind is that sometimes if we have over indulged, it doesn't show for that week but the following so best to get back on it straight away. Same thing applies to exercise, I have been very active but had a sneaky look this morning but showing same weight as last week. So hoping either show a loss tomorrow or week after.

Thanks for the understanding and support @Ravenous

B- Banana (105)
L - Smoked Salmon, salad and garlic ginger and chilli dressing (230)
D - Chilli and Rice (395)
Then... I made a cake and had a little nibble to see how it was (100) and a sip of a mocktail (20)

I think I've cracked my evenings, I will just go for a run when I want a snack. Worth a try, right 😂 Can't see it being a keeper, but we'll see.

The drains over-flowed today, flooding MY garden. The culprit was one of the neighbours stuffing sanitary products down the toilet. This enrages me on so many levels. We know that single-use sanitary products are REALLY bad for the environment, why women are still making the choice to buy (with their own money) something so toxic to many different organisms, blows my mind.
ALSO, don't we all know at this point that the only things that should go down the toilet are our own waste and tissue.... nothing else. Nothing else...

Sigh, stupid people are stupid
:rolleyes::oops::eek:

Yesterday's run was more like 10 minutes. I thought 15 was really really slow for me. I managed another run today. I've not properly washed, shaved etc. In a long time so after my run I had a really nice shower! It felt awesome.

B - Porridge with coconut milk, blueberries and honey (158)
L - Smoked salmon salad with my new cider vinegar! Yummy (201)
After lunch - A piece of cake, an inch cubed (200, to be safe) and some Sweet chilli Rice cakes (105)
D - Half a half side of salmon, cooked in lemon and dill with minty new potatoes and veg (784)
Post run snack - 2 plums and 2 peanuts (80)

Slightly over calories today at 1500.

Food looks fab. I have not had Salmon for ages - might get some when I go to town on Saturday.

Well done for running. Sometimes, I wish, I could run but I can not - never could as it turns my stomach.

I find running so boring and I think it's pointless! Hate it!

B - Porridge with blueberries (166)
L - Salmon and salad (204)
D - Chinese takeaway (1500+)

Obviously over again today, and Garmin is down so I don't know how many calories I burned running. Not enough, I have a poochy belly from all the food 😂

Haha. I am glad, I am not the only one hate running & call it boring.
Yummy to Chinese.

The Chinese got me this morning. Had a rib and 1 and a half prawn crackers but obviously was still hungry. I had a breakfast bar and 1 and a half plums (361)
L - We ran out of lettuce! (Not something I would have previously regarded as a mentionable) Salmon fillet with a little salad and 2 Ryvita with lighter cheese spread (336) The children had a virtual scout camp today and lunchtime was an activity to make pizza, I did have a nibble because the crust looked rather good!
D - Smoked haddock with new potatoes dressed with my mint and a pike of veg (380)
S - Banana baked in the fire with 10g of dark chocolate (159)

Thanks both 🥰

B - Nothing, I knew lunch and dinner would be on the heavy side
L - 1 sausage, tinned tomatoes and a slice of eggy bread (450)
S - Walking snack (89)
D - Steak, potatoes, veg, bit of horseradish and half a tub of ice cream (770)

That's probably it. I hope so anyway. I'm full and tired. Rest day on exercise yesterday so I did Fiton Stretch and Lengthen and I will have to run tonight before I settle in. Wish I hadn't eaten so much now!

How did you like the icecream? Any good
today looks lovely 😊
It was really nice, thanks for asking @Strawberry Madness. I've not seen this flavour before either. I would recommend.

Had a slip this evening, ate ham and plums but needed more, so I got an apple but only had half, then I ate some pistachios. Then I ate half a bag of BBQ peanuts. I'm hoping it's the time of the month. It would be quite normal for me to experience a severe craving and insatiable appetite before hand. 🤞
