I stumbled across this book written by Toni Weschler, ordered it off Amazon and when I got it I literally could not put it down. So much made sense so much information that I wish I had had years ago was there in that book.

It contains information that I believe every woman should receive in their life and if you dont have straightforward cycles this is a MUST READ!!!!
(....I dont have shares in the book sales honestly )
I have PCOS and have had for many years, affecting relationships with other people, self awareness, self confidence and I believe being the core of fertility issues.

    Check it out.

Here is how it is described.

Are you unhappy with your current method of birth control? Or are you demoralized by your quest to have a baby? Do you also experience confusing signs and symptoms at various times in your cycle, but are frustrated by a lack of simple explanations?
This invaluable resource will help you find the answer to your questions while giving you amazing insights into your own body.

I'm wondering though if this variation on what first glance seems to be the rythym method, would work for those of us who have extremely irregular cycles?

(I once went 8 months without a period)
