Ive had requests from several of you SW people to help keep the board as easy to read as possible.

Please post any general queries here, questions about things like healthy extras, flexible syns, red & green day queries, body magic etc.

It just saves the forum being a mass of short query threads, and makes it easier for diaries etc to be found and kept up with.
