Im a Newbie

#1
Hello all Im donna and today is my first day on CD. My CDC came to weigh me last thursday and gave me my supplies, but I had a bbq planned for yesterday so Ive been very careful over the weekend and started CD today. I have to wait till the 26th June for my next weigh in as shes going on holiday.
I had a shake this morning and was surprised how nice and thick it was, I used a blender.
Ive was on WW and lost a stone since February but the last 3 weeks I was starting to gain each week, It was only 0.5lb a week but still it was a gain.
I have around 2 stone to lose. At the moment I'm feeling very positive about this diet, just hope this feeling stays with me as i get into it a few days.
My partner has gone off to France today for 3 weeks so Im hoping to lose quite a bit so he notices when he comes back.
Hope to get to know you all better, I must say Ive been reading a few posts and you all seem a very friendly, supportive group.

Hiya Donna

I have 2 stone to lose too, found week one hard but got tons of support from this forum and it helped me along to where i am now.

Like most diets its not easy, but everyone develops there own coping mechanisms. And we all have the same end goal , too lose weight ! :D

Good luck to you on your weightloss journey, its well worth the effort. :)
