Well I cut off my left arm but I'm not sure if that is anything to do with it !
I've done loads of walking but that's about it. I'm expecting a minimal loss next week though and I suppose it was over 8 days instead of 7 due to bank holiday so the next will be over 6 and be less and will maybe equal out.
Well done Sean, that's an absolutely amazing result, no wonder you are so chuffed and you should be. Stick with the walking, I think all forms of exercise can only make your losses better and think of all that toning you're doing too.
bloody heck Sean thats really cool for week 5... aint the human body weird and unique how it can vary so much... Ive seen my losses gradually dropping from 6's to 5's and im expecting maybe a 4 later this week when i do week 6 weigh in..... cant imagine having such a huge jump again at this late stage... it will be really interesting when you do next weeks weigh to see if its high or low.... for now, well done! and enjoy the spandex! lmao.
