So during 2009 I was here, losing weight and chatting loads! I lost 5 stone! My Mum then passed away in 2010 and the weight went back on. By 2011 I was back up to 19 stone 4 and decided to have a gastric band fitted. I lost weight quickly to start but then a lot of things happened in my life and with all the change I returned to my bad eating habits, even with my band! So here I am, a week into following SW at home and online and only just over 3 stone down since having my band!
I hope to meet you all, cry and laugh with you and contribute to many yummy and no doubt disastrous recipes and ideas!
I weigh on Monday mornings although I purchased the SW online subscrption today so it thinks it is my first day and I'm unable to change it, grrr!
