Exactly this is my 3rd and last time and something has just clicked this time and im now at my lightest for 6 yrs. The pro points are brillant x

totally agree, im determined this weight is coming off and STAYING off. i stopped smoking 8 months ago and its only now im getting my weight gain under control.

Well fair play to you tackling smoking and weight . One is hard enough. Yeah i find by setting myself mini goals i feel like im losing it quicker even though its only a lb a wk. Normally going this slow id have given up by now but am still doin ok this time . This forum is brill x

Welcome back, & remember everytime u restart ur closer to sticking to it, I did weight watchers few yrs ago, slimming world Cambridge etc didn't stick with them this time something clicked & to date I have lost over 6 stone, never give up trying :D

1st day of week 2. i'm still very motivated and i find doing the november challange will keep me on the straight and narrow - well thats the plan anyway :) I hope everyone else is doing well today xx

We all have our low days porterg1! I had a low week last week in fact. You can get through it, it wont make you feel better to reach for the comfort of food (even though you think it will) it'll just make you feel guilty afterwards that you did it (I know from experience). There is a "panic button" thread somewhere on here for moments like this.

Btw Gemma, welcome along! We all go to and fro with diets (lifestyle change!!) but eventually we find something that works for us. Propoints is the one for me, hope you find it good too hon x

I'm having a really low day today. Don't know why I'm do fed up but really struggling not to reach for good for comfort - HELP! X
It must be a day for it, im exactly the same today. I dont knw how many times i went to the kitchen to raid it but the only damage i did was an apple and banana thank god. Then i brought my little girl out to play to avoid temptation. Even now im sitting here thinking id love something nice:( so i came on here to put me off. Here is to a better tomorrow for both of us :)

Thanx guys! Low cal hot choc is a good idea and comforting too. Mite have one now. Tomorrow is another day so will wake up positive. We can do it. Big cuddles to anyone a bit fed up at mo x
