I'm Back and hopefully will keep the weight off this time

Plucked up the courage and went back to slimming world on saturday, was to ashamed to go back to my original group, I had lost 4 stone and felt great then some medical problems came up and I had to go on amytriptyline and steroids in september last year had been on the steroids until last week and put 3st 9lb on and feel absolutely disgusted, so finally bit the bullet and logged back into my account as it was with all the great support on here that I done so well the last time so looking forward to reading all the great posts xxx

Well done for rejoining I'm new on here although not new to slimming world. I lost 5 stone then put 12 stone on then lost 9 stone and was happy, then my mum died and I put on 11 stone, that was five years ago have made attempts in between but now I'm the heaviest I've ever been but ready to start again

Glad to be back have missed the chat on here and so glad I restarted starting to feel a bit like me again 5.5lbs off first week so going well xx
