Im back on track & in it until my goal :)

Ok so I had almost 3 weeks on and off the diet after doing really well for 10 weeks. I'm on day 5 of SS/SS+ and feeling great. Feel like I'm really back on track now and nothing is going to get in the way of me getting to my goal. There may be some meals that I can't escape but will stick to the meat and veg plan that I've been able to do now and then before the "break" and by staying away from carbs and sugar It's easy to keep on the diet and stay in ketosis. So wish me luck. 9stone her I come :) xx
