Im Back on track!

Hi everybody,

For the past few weeks ive been on and off the wagon more time than i can to think - but ive managed to maintain my weight which is very good.

Anyway, today at my WI ive lost 1lb which is ace and as ive lost weight, i feel like im now back on track and dont want to fall off the wagon again....what a wierd and powerful thing the mind is.

Ive learned the past few weeks that even 1 tiny bit of food means i fall off as im an 'all or nothing' type or girl and exercising whilst trying to get back into ketosis really helps with the withdrawl symptoms.

Thanks to everybody for help and advice over these tough weeks, im now mentally in the right frame of mind to get back on track and loose more weight.

My next goal is 1 stone by first week of October!!!

Well done....I am experiencing similar struggles but not back on track like you are...have a fab week.
