Hello Everyone!

I'm back with a vengence! I did SW early last year then went to WW for a change - I have to admit I loved WW for the convenience but I struggled with the weight loss - they was very low and sometimes nothing however hard I tried. This kept knocking be back so I thought I'd come back to the faithful SW :)

I always did Green days, but I am inclined to have a go at EE. What would you all recommend for the first few weeks or so?
