...and this time I mean business!!
Weeks 1-8 were great, I did SO well 110% SS, willpower was amazing. Then I went back to UK for a week and had an occasional nibble, then I came home and had a pretty good week, mostly SS. Then hubby came home on his R & R (he's in Iraq) and I tried to do 2 shakes a day and a 'sensible' evening meal....of course, it didn't quite go to plan and I did have a blow out or 2, by some stroke of luck still managed to lose a couple of lbs.

So, my life is back to it's normal routine now, nothing coming up, time to get focussed and back on the SS train. Trouble is folks, I really REALLY need your help. It is so true what people say, once you've nibbled, it is SO hard to get back on.

I'm almost halfway to my goal weight, 40lbs gone, 47lbs to go. Please can you help me make it happen?

    Thanks
    Jan xx

Welcome back :) wondered where you'd go to - missed ya !

Second time around needn't be any more difficult than first - if you believe something's gonna be hard, then chances are it will be ! BELIEVE you can do it - you KNOW you did first time and KNOW that you will do again !

positive thinking....head down and GO FOR IT !!! you will be at goal by Xmas if you stick with it :D

    Debz xx

Awwww thansk so much Debz, almost in tears here, silly old me!

I was so focussed initially and I don't feel that way now, it is upsetting me a bit. I think I am going to make myself a new motivational poster because I have achieved quite a few things from my old one. I might hunt out a picture of me at my thinnest to stick on it too!

I need to re evaluate my goals, and remember why I am doing this. Hmmm......might post an inspiration thread at some point when I have figured out my new goals....maybe one where we can post our achievements to date and then our future goals....off to find my son's felt pens, a piece of card and a flattering photo of myself!!

Thanks! I did message you a couple of times cos I was worried by your absence, sorry to hear you've had a crappy time, but hey, we're starting back together, and we CAN do it!
Hubby wasn't jaw-droppingly amazed, but in honesty he isn't that kind of guy, but he did compliment me lots and we had a fab time. Would love to lose the rest of the weight before he comes home around the beginning of December, but not going to pressurise myself this time.
