i'm back

so off i went for a week ski-ing. wooooop. lots of fun, VERY hard work, ud think i would have burn off lots of calories with all that activity and exercise :( oh man did i feel my legs burning.

jumped on scales today and have put on 4lbs :cry: well i was eating 3 big meals a day. so im hoping that eating a big amount, then dropping to 1500 will mean a good kick start to loss. also gonna follow the drink enough water advice! will report back in a week
