i'm back

well 3 weeks ago i went ski-ing, where i hurt my back, stop going gym and stopped watching what i eat. well i was watching, just not counting and i think slowly my cals per day have crept up.


So now, im back on it. have planned my meals for 2moro, am gonna pack my bag for the gym and need to get back on it.

shesh the scales are just not moving. i have been doing 1500 cals all week. and i am just staying the same, i wont give up, i wont stop, i will continue!

thinking i mite try differnt combinations of foods now, fruit instead of cerial. or chicken and noodles instead of a sandwich... any ideas?

^ Yeah try cutting back on carbs for a bit ...I have and seeing better results x best of luck x
