I'm coming off exante...WHAT can I eat??

    I'm getting back onto food next week, after 4 weeks of Total Solution. I realise I should be introducing one meal each day, but I'm a little lost as to what I can and can't eat.

    I'm planning on plenty of fish and chicken, which I know are fine, but I also want good portions of veg/salad.
    I'm buying a steamer to get me into the habbit of eating more veggies, but I'm not sure what I can have next week.

    I'm looking at starting on Broccoli, Asparagus, Mushrooms and Green Beans...along with salad. I've heard though that I'm best avoiding tomatoes (which I love) at first. Is this true? What else do I have to be wary of?

    Yep tomatoes are technically fruit hence the higher carb an easy rule I follow is anything green :)
