a bowl of broken up scan bran with a chopped up banana covered in milk. I was just wondering does anyone think there will be any benefit having this over say normal cereal or weetabix?! I thought id have it as it makes me feel good and looks like i have a massive bowl of cereal :) And it doesnt taste too bad its just not as interesting as other things!! x

Yummy :) I've just had 3 slices of WW bread and a mushroom, spring onion and pepper omlette (was meant to be omlette but it came out the pan looking like scrambled egg) :/

I had 2 yesterday with thick vanilla yoghurt on top and chopped strawberries.

I thought it tasted a bit like allbran. Just really thick all bran.

I dont know about other benefits, I'm relying on the "regularity" aspect of the scan bran.
