Im finding hard after a couple of planned days off

I knew I would - I'm always the same - I get complacent, had Friday, saturday and Sunday off (still was low carb and I thought I made good choices) but now I can't stop thinking about food...
I think I'm gonna go back and to re-feed day 1 for the rest of the week.. I enjoyed following that plan last week and thought I'd try going back to just 3 shakes this week to try and limit the damage from the weekend..

Why do I do this every time!!!!

The main thing is u haven't gone mad, you've made good choices. Even if u dont get back 100% at least u are still being sensible and will still lose.

Thanks Guys - think I'm gonna stick to my plan of following day 1 of re-feed (also cos I havent got enough shakes to have 3 a day) - think I'm in panic mode cos I was a bit naughty yesterday..
