I'm going to bloody do it this time. Diary of an April Bride to be.

Hi i have been going to slimming world on and off for about 5 years i would say. I'm getting married in April and after messing about with crap diets all year i am now sticking to SW. I know i won't be at my ideal weight by April but the more i lose the better. The idea of being photographed all day long and then having to look at the pics is terrifying me. Also i ideally would like to have a 2nd baby after we get married and this time i would actually like to look pregnant.
Anyways im just going to be posting my food diaries and talking weddings most probably!
I usually do EE but don't think i have enough SF foods so any help with that out would be great!

Wednesday 8th December

Breakfast - Scrambled eggs made with milk (hea)
baked beans

Lunch - Pot noodle in a mug spicy curry flavour-free
some slices of beef and chicken tikka chunks from asda-free
muller light
5 oranges

Dinner - Stiry fry veg-free
beansprouts-free
egg noodles (1 syn)
Chicken Tikka Slices

I'm going to attempt to make a scan bran cake tonight to use my heb.

Hi - I'm only on week 4 so still a newbie too but I'm also doing EE and loving the flexibility of Slimming World and the fact that I never really feel hungry! Just looking at your menu you don't seem to have any SF at breakfast? Beans are free but not superfree and were your noodles fresh? Is that why you synned them? Otherwise it looks good and I'm sure you'll soon get back into the swing of things! :D

Hi there I'm being a chief bridesmaid in April so I understand the time pressure and the thought of being in photos - although I'm very pleased for my friend, and excited, I honestly do dread not being happy with myself on the day. It doesn't help that the dress is pink which really isn't my colour! Good luck with your SW journey.

Thursday 9th December

Ok i was naughty at night as had my works xmas do but i am back on it today.

Friday 10th december

Breakfast - none

Lunch - Mug shot, muller light & 5 satsumas

Dinner - Jacket Potatos, chicken satay sticks from farm foods 2.5 syns for ten (i think) beans. Few more satsumas

HE - scan bran curly wurly cake - 6 syns & SS milk.
