    Hello All,I have just got off the phone from Cancer Research uk, who are going to be sending me a fundraising pack. One weekend I am going to walk my socks off to raise money for the charity. I am going to look and plan a 50 mile walk. :)

    eat less move more!& mixing it up high protien & shakes
    good for you yeah its so worth it, im doing the 10k run in a few weeks eeek dont know how i will get on but worth a try :) x

    I'm sure you will be fine hun. Good for you. I still don't feel I could run 10k, that's why I'm eager to do that extra bit of walking :):):)

    Great stuff emmapetty, I did the Tesco's sponsored Run For Life this summer which was only 5k, my friend and I walked it as did many others - we were so unhealthy back then, me because of my weight and Jenny because she smoked 20 plus a day.
    We went straight to the pub and MacDonalds afterwards, typical eh?
    Now I'm losing the weight and J gave up 3 weeks ago.

    i doubt i will be able to run it either ha but worth a try and all for an amazing cause xxx
