I'm a new girl here so thought I'd say Hello!

I've just joined the challenge & am very excited.

I'm on day 2 and was going well, but I'm now SO hungry! Water isn't doing it for me, but I'm determined not to fail....

Anyway I'm Julie from Hertfordshire, I'm a 34 year old mum of 2! :)

Hi welcome and well done too for starting! Just remember the 1st few days are the hardest! Today is my 6th day and I can honestly say I'm not hungry! Today my partner sat and ate 2 chicken legs, tuna ad mayo sandwich and crisps whilst I was in the car today and I didn't even care and just read my magazine! Also had my 1st weigh in today and lost 6lbs in 6 days am very happy and can't weight for tr next weigh in! My advice is to keep occupied, even if it's ironing or reading a magazine!

keep at it - reward yourself for every hour you get through, say with a lovely hot bubble bath, having an early night with a dvd or buy youself a treat such as a magazine to help keep u distracted :)
