Step 1 Sole Source Im having a wobble..

    Started SS on Tuesday. I tried CD 5years ago and was off it within two weeks and I now remember why!

    Iv been so positive all week and even when iv been hungry iv pushed through. But today is the worst! I reached Ketosis on day 3 so just assumed it would be easy sailing from here on.

    I know it's just a wobble and i hope I wake up tomorrow with a totally different attitude but right now in hungry, grumpy and hungry again.

    To think iv not even finished week one and iv got over 11 weeks left is making me want to quit, surely I'm not the only one who has these wobbles? Is it just today you think?

    I don't want to give in but I also don't want to feel like this for 12weeks.

    Can some one reassure me that it gets easier or will I feel like this through out my journey and just have to suck it up and get on with it?

    Of course it's hard but yes it does get easier. Try and remember the results are totally worth the odd uncomfortable day and feeling.
    I have found the best thing to do when feeling low is find something to do. Anything to preoccupy yourself until bedtime.

    Can you have a nice deep bubble bath or go for a walk?

    I went out for abit and in a minute I'm going to dye my hair and have a bath, I know it's just a wobble but you know when it feels like this is how it's going to be the full 12weeks? Realistically I know it won't it's amazing how sorry you feel for your self when your deprived of food!!

    Defo gonna take your advice and keep busy and take a nice bath.

    Iv also been looking through the inspirational pictures on here, to remind my self exactly why I'm doing this.

    I feel very proud of myself that it's half 6 and I haven't caved in even tho iv felt rubbish today. If I can do it today I can do it every day that gets abit though xx

    Think of all the positives!!!!! And ,,, try not to think of the longevity of the diet !!! One day at a time is an achievment a day closer to where you want to be , break it down into mini challenges and reward youself for it ,,,,, you will get , we're all in it together!!!!

    One day at a time! That's how I'm going to be doing it from now on. Woke up this morning feeling positive and am so happy I didn't crack yesterday, maybe I do have will power after all! Lol xx

    Well done ,,,,,, best feeling in the world ,,, to be able to say "yeah ,,, i did it",,,,,keep up that positive vibe !!!
    I am on day 2 of my restart and only got 4 wks and 4 days to shift 18-20 lbs , its gonna be tough , and i might not make my target , we are off to jamaica and want to be the same weight as last summer so my clothes will fit ,,, but i can tell you i have never been so determined to get to target ,,, even if i am running out of time !!!
