I'm back again after many years off vlcd. I lost so much weight last time, but couldn't sustain it so I'm back for two weeks as go on holiday, then if I feel it's going well may start again after, can't wait for that buzz you get after a few days...feeling energetic and sleeping well. Anyways just wanted to say hi

Thanks, I'm only on one, but the drive to look better for my holiday is getting me through this head ache, roll on day 4 when I can feel better.

Yeah I put it all back on as fell pregnant, tried every other diet going so came back to Vlcd. Mind you I've just had the shepherds pie powder and it was vile, was looking forward to that all day lol
