Ive had loads too eat to:

Muller Light
Roast dinner: (chicken breast, carrot and turnip, 2 types of cabbage,roast pototoes, gravey)
Sugar free Jelly with a Fruit salad (pineapple, apples, pear, grapes)
Banana

I havent had my tea yet but dont usually on a sunday untill 7!

But im hungry!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!! :(

Perhaps you could have your breakfast now as I notice you didn't have one. A little scrambled egg or an omlette maybe. or some crispbreads and cottage cheese.x

Nothing is wrong with you at all, we all have good and bad times, sometimes this journey of ours seems so easy we wonder why it has taken so long for us to start it, and other days it is so hard we can't imagine being able to carry it on to success!

You either need something to tide you over til dinnertime (water, some fruit maybe, anything free) or need to find something to do to occupy yourself and take your mind off it - maybe go for a walk.
