    hi all :wave_cry:

    Hoping to find a little support on my loooong journey - i'm pretty determined this time and i think i've found the right diet for me at last :p

    So , here i am , started on the 1st of july , at 17st10 :eek:, and i'm now at 16'12 , onwards and downwards i go :D

    best of luck with cd, and well done on fab first week loss!! i honestly wish every day i could stomach the packs so i could lose this weight quickly but i can't, after a week of it i'm retching as soon as i open the packs let alone get them down me!! grrr!

    oops - should update the profile sorry :eek: . I done cambridge earlier in the yr but i just couldnt hack it so i'm now on low carb:eek:

    Healthy eating and exercise
    I don't mind the packs, but just find it hard to stay in the zone !! I have a weeks or so's worth of packs, but am struggling to face them !

    i just start to feel sick at the thought of the shakes and soups within a week, blergh, the very thought of it makes me queasy!! i wish i could stick to it though!!
