On my plan it adds up to 8 points, but it's dependant on your weight. As my BMI is slightly lower than yours i think it would be safe to assume that you would've earnt yourself at least 8 points.

Well done! I always find the hardest part of exercise is actually getting out to do it, once i'm out i love it!

Have you got one of those cardboard trackers given out for free when you join? .. It gives a rough guide on the back of that hun .. Ill go check on the ww site if ya like brb ............

Ok hun ... 45 moderate excersize at 17 stone would give you 3.5 points extra :) thats according to the weight watchers site!

I follow the plan online so i just used my planner to work it out.

Power walking would be 8 points and walking briskly would be 3 points - well for my weight anyway.

Power walking is clearly the way forward!
