I'm new but here's my food diary!

Hello i'm new here, i put on 2 stone over christmas i've eaten at 5 foot 2 weigh 9.5stone which is massive to me and i want to get back down again. Soo i've been taking a record of what i have eaten, and i have been cutting down a lot (apart from the first day). So how many calories have i eaten in general? I have bad acne on my back...

january 23rd
  • minibix and crunchy nut and one fromage frais
  • chinese take away: noodles rice vegetables spring roll
