Hi everyone,

I have signed up today to try and keep me going/kick start my progress.

I am 28, weigh 11st 6lbs and looking to be 10st, I have PCOS and only recently discovered that this can affect my weight but also be controlled by diet - thanks to the non-existent information from my doctors!

I recently lost nearly half a stone with SW but managed to pile it all back on in the space of 2 weeks and now I'm torn between going back to SW 100% as I know this can work or to give the low GI and dairy free diets a try to see if that is more sustainable. I get pretty bad anxiety at the moment so thinking that the GI option might help alleviate those symptons too.

Would love to hear of others experiences.

I'm doing SW and don't know much about Low GI, but here if you need any support.
