rickie's 28kg Challenge Hi people!

i have been viewing this site as a non member for 2 weeks now, so i thought it was time to sign up and introduce myself.

I am male . 24yrs old....from Brighton.

I am a Semi-pro footballer that seems to have gone wayward in the close season.. infact i have gained 25kg in 2 months...

So as of the 11/07/10 i set myself the target of losing 28kg to get to my target of 79kgs my optimum weight by doing slimming world. I have tried it before and did very well. but i want more.

in my first week i have lost 2.2kg's (4.9lbs) which is great. If you guys and gals have any hamndy tips to help things along they would be most welcome.

i will keep my progress updated on here. look forward to sharing my expriences with you.

Hi there and welcome!
Just make sure that you write everything down that you eat and if you can plan before hand. Dont assume that just because something is labelled "low fat" doesnt mean that the syns wont be high!
Have a look at the food diary section on here to give you some ideas.

Hi Rickie, welcome to Minimins and Slimming world! Congrats on your first week loss, thats great! Definitely agree with Mrs V, keeping a food diary is a great idea and really helps keep you on plan. Keep up the good work :D
