Hi just wanted to say Hello, I joined weight watchers in February 2009 and struggled to loose 18.5lb. I had lost more but was up and down like a yoyo. I started Cambridge Weight loss plan on 4th August this year, and have lost a further 26.5lb. I am really enjoying the plan and I am loving the changes in my body. I have still got a long way to go but I will do it.

Hey labwalker and welcome, can I just say a huge well done to you for losing so much weight - thats fantastic, you should be proud! I know that yo-yo'ing can be frustrating but you really have made an excellent accomplishment so always remember that and stick to it if you can!
