Hello, everyone. I look forward to meeting you all and sharing tips/info about Slimming World. I don't go to a club, but joined as a postal member this week. I am 46, married with two children (13, and 7) and I work from home. I'm trying a mixture of Red and Green days at the moment. I really enjoy exercise and it's been a valuable part of my routine for nearly 7 years now. I go to a gym, run and go for long walks in the countryside. I also like the Wii Fit and doing exercise DVDs at home. I need to lose about 2 stones, maybe 2 and a half.
