Hi just incase no one remembers me im Charlene and i started LT last August. Todate i have lost a total of about 4stone 12lb(according to an online calculater).
If im being honset i have not been on minis much and probaby the reason why i have lost controle apart from my gob being in motion!! Iv come back because i need HELP please, the girl at the chemist is not inspiring me to continue and everytime i go get weighed and the results are not good i get the 'well its your diet'. She does not talk to me about how im getting on, infact she talks about herself... She goes on how hungry she is, how tired she is, all the work she has to do, well you get the picture and after that im shooed out the door with my bag of shakes till the following week.

Im a person who likes to be set goals, i like to be told im doing well. (god i sound like a kid lol)

Just befor xmas i lost 5stone, my plan for xmas didnt go to plan and i gained some weight, 9lb to be presice. Ever since then i have not been able to get back on track and the chemist lady has since taken on the managers role for the shop part of the chemist so when she weighes me its rush rush rush cos she is busy busy busy!

At weigh in today i didnt do that well and only lost 1lb in 2 weeks and i explained that for the next 4/5 weeks i would not be buying any shakes due to financial reasons but i do have some at home. I asked her if i could still come for weigh ins to help keep me on track she said 'yeah, its upto you. Its your diet'

So basically im back for support, some help if i need it when i feel like just giving in and having that bit of chocolate or that take out or summat.

Welcome back and you log on here anytime you need any support, help or just someone to talk to.
Is there not another pharmacist in your area that you could go to?
Have a look around the boards for some challenges, there are a few about.
Good luck hun, you can get back on track and lose those unwanted pounds.

Hiya, hope you get back on track soon.. 1lb seems a very small loss, are you totally sticking to it and all the water, or are you finding that hard too.. it sounds like you need to find a new pharmasist.. but i suppose the thing with lipotrim is that only you can do it.. it doesnt matter how much time she spends with you, you are either losing or not, and happy for any loss as it isnt a gain!!!! Hope it works out for you, try to lift your mood, a long bath, paint your nails, do something for you!! and maybe you will feel a bit better, stronger and more motivated.. big hugs xxx

Oh and about the water usually its not a problem but cos its been so cold i dont want to touch it and i dont like hot drinks. Im going to start again and drink the water a whole 2ltr bottle whilst at work lol

    Welcome back chick!!

Dont look at ur pharmasist as the only person who can inspire you.
If you really want it enough inspire yourself.. And we will all be here online to help push you along.. Through the easy times and the bad times!!

Only you can make it happen... You have done so well when you were on it last time so you know you can do it.. Restarting will be hard but have a little faith in yourself and you will be flying!!

If you post the details of your weigh in each time on the board, I'm sure there'll be plenty of encouragement and congratulations (or sympathy and encouragement if that week hasn't been too good) posted by the other members.

Welcome back Charlene. You know we are all here for you so make sure you log on regularly and tell us how you are doing. I don't always have time to log on but I do try to pop in and read posts to see how everyone is doing - it really helps on those tough days.

As has been said, it's a new month so set yourself a February challenge and go for it. You may remember I set myself over 20 mini goals and that is what kept me going. It meant it was only a couple of weeks before I hit the next one and I could tick it off.

You can do this and we will help and support you as much as you want us to - but you do have to let us know.

    Good luck babe.

    x
