I'm soooo happy

    I really just wanted to share this with anybody just not somebody at home who wouldn't really be too enthusiastic:
    I changed my eating habits 9 weeks ago largely due to a kick in the bum by a hypnosis book and today's weigh in is 63.8!!
    Which in 9 weeks is a reduction of 9.4 kg!!
    :giggle::party0038: I'm soo chuffed - i know compared to the majority of people on this forum who are on liquid or vlcds that wouldn't be that much but i'm pleased with the power of my mind lol

    Really hope everyones' Sundays have been good & thank god for minimins - a place for a good old rant

    woo lost another pound today i no its not much but tbh i havent eat the best this week and i have treated myself a few times so im really pleased that i was still able to loose weight!!!

    woo lost a pound today. I no its not a great amount but its definetly a step in the right direction. And i havent totally stuck to my diet this week so im really happy that i still managed to loose weight.!!
