im sooooo negative right now...... trying not to be

i need to snap out of it! i guess cause im feeling bored right now as bf has gone work i dont work mondays and im feeling bad cause of bad tooth, i need to stuck to the possotive things right now
1. ive lost 6lb on LL and im on day 6
(and i have compleatly stuck to it!)
2. i have lost about 10lb b4 i started
3. i do have lovley bf and we got on really well at weekend after i was worried he wasnt as into me as i am to him.
4. i may b bored but at least i havent got to work when im feeling ill
5. i am on forum that i love (i think a little much as i just keep writing post on here arrrrrrrrrr)

after all that when i look at the reasons ive put down i can feel happy, i am at least trying!

Hang in there HC!!! Really try and find things to distract and allow you to feel happy about t his rather then unhappy. Our LLC told us when we were having a "sticky-outty-bottom-lip-feeling-sorry-for-ourselves moment" (phew! THats a mouthful!) anyway - she told us when we feel like that, to remind ourselves that we CHOSE to do this diet. No one is making us - we are doing it of our own free will,...her point being as we are doing this voluntarily there is no reason to feel down about it. That really did help me, so hopefully it will help you. It will make the early days pass so much quicker if you try and focus on the positives as you are doing - that will make it so much easier! So next time you fel it coming on - turn again to all the GOOD stuff, which ultimately outwieghs the bad.

I sure hope your tooth is sorted soon - that can't help. pain is awful. :( <hugs>
