i'm struggling to get back on it

been back from my hols over a week now and was doing great till thursday even lost the weight i had gained on hols then i had a planned day off for my dh birthday and i'm now struggling to stop picking at stuff. i know i've got to get bak into ketosis but i can't do one day at the mo another planned nite off on friday and i would of like to have lost what i have gained these last few days but i'm struggling not to pick.
any tips?

just remember what your reasons were for starting in the first place, try and remove the temptations from your fridge, and to be blunt its down to your own will to say no to the foods. if your committed to your goal then saying no will get easier.
