I'm due to be weighed for the first time tomorrow, but i seem to be stuck on 8lbs off for the past few days, although 8lbs is great, I have an awful lot of weight to lose and my consultant was confident I could get at least 10lbs off, I'm on sole source. I drink around about 4 pints of water a day, plus green/camomile/white tea a day. I walk my dog every day and have a toddler to keep me busy. Any ideas as to why i'm stuck on 8lbs and why i cant get any more off? (the first 8lbs came off really quick and easy). and i havent cheated at all!!! I'm worried my body might well have gone in to that dratted 'starvation mode' everyone mentions to you when you dont eat enough... How do you get it going again?!
