Sorry but i just can't get back into slimming world. I am going to try cambridge. I've made an appointment for monday. I tried this last year and lost a stone but then went on holiday and well that was the end of that. This time I am determined to do it. I need the option of food and drink taken away from me. I actually have lot of will power when I know I can't have anything as opposed to have it in moderation.

I am planning on returning to maintain and hopefully by then I'll be grateful to eat anything lol. I'll pop in and see how you're all getting on. Thanks for getting me through this far, because I would have given up ages ago if it weren't for you lot.

Good luck Roz, and welcome to CD. I'm on week 3 now and loving the quick weight loss. Try and make sure you cut down carbs gradually before you restart as the getting into ketosis second/ third time round is a killer.
