Improved sleep already

I've been on the diet four weeks now and have heaps to lose, but already, my sleep has improved. I had sleep apnoea and snored loudly and erratically... not anymore :)

Well, I don't know how improved the sleep apnoea is. I just notice the difference in how many times I'm aware i've woken during the night (which is only a small indication of how many times I was waking but not aware of it), how deeper my sleep is, and how awake I feel when I wake up.

Anyone else noticed some great improvements?
