Breakfast - all bran with a splash of milk (hb & ha)

Snack- seaweed

Lunch - salad with lettuce, chicken, bacon, sweetcorn peppers onions. Tiny bit of coleslaw ( 3 syns)

Dinner - fajitas with one wrap. Sw chips and sw dip. (7 syns)
