    Need to start a food diary to keep me on track! So here it goes....
    (Monday)
    SW Cottage Pie- EE free
    Chicken Noodle Mugshot- EE free
    Sweet & Sour Mugshot- EE free
    Green Tea
    Decaff Coffee with HEA skimmed milk

    I'm on week 3 and have been struggling, *week and the week before (which is when I'm at my most undisciplined) = low motivation! Saw some pics which made me sad last night so really need to step it up

    Sliced ham, new potatoes, mixed salad, beetroot & pickles- EE free

    Bowl of spaghetti hoops with sausages- EE 7 syns
    Chicken, veg and rice with SW chips- EE free

    Thurs 18/8/11

    2 x weetabix with banana - EE HEb
    Rice, veg, new potatoes and boiled egg- EE free
    Voddy 2.5ml and diet coke x 3- EE 7.5 syns
    Snack biscuits x 3- EE 6 syns
