when I started CC I only wanted to lose 12LBs now I'm on the next 7 & and looking toward the 7 after that. It is just so easy, use Myfitnesspal to track your calories and you can also track exercise calories, so you get to eat more!! It's a win win situation.

I like it and it is working for me - as fiona says my fitness pal is great for trackin cals & exercise - alot of us from minimins use my fitness pal
